Introduction

When an outsider writes a letter to a trainee of Army Training Center on a web page, someone in charge prints it out, and delivers it to the trainee every evening. When I had gone to the center before, letters telling the weather and news were very helpful.
After that, my friends went to the center too. I decided to make a script that automatically sends these information everyday for them.
